BUU MON BUDDHIST TEMPLE

Buu Mon Temple would like to invite all persons, experienced and non-experienced meditators, anyone interested in meditation, to join the temple staff of monks and lay people in the practice of Vipassana meditation.  Classes will be beginning on Wednesday, February 7, 2007, at 7:00pm through 8:30pm. including a short tea gathering and discussion following the meditation.

Classes on Vipassana {Mindfulness - Insight } meditation  are for anyone who wishes to attend.  Vipassana meditation concentrates on the persons breath.  Class is open to all individuals wishing to enjoy the benefits of meditation.

The classes will be every Wednesday evening.  Wear comfortable clothing.  If you have a meditation cushion and or mat you may bring them.  The temple does have a selection of cushions for your use.

Classes are supervised and taught by Rev. M. Kassapa (an American Buddhist monk), Rev. Huyen Viet, and Danny Dubuisson from the temple offices.

Rev. K. has recently joined Buu Mon Temple from Phat Phat Temple in St. Petersburg, Florida.  For more information on Rev. K. please see the attached web-link.  We welcome Rev. K. and encourage you to join us and learn for yourself what a meditation practice can do for you, your health and your well-being.
